I quit smoking April 26, 2013 after approximately 35 years of  a pack of Marlboro a day.   I managed to lose 5 pounds prior to my quit date by completely changing my eating habits for the better.  I bought a juicer and now get all the vegetables I hate in a glass which I love!  Juicing has literally changed my diet and my life.  To deal with my cravings for cigarettes I learned and began practicing  mindful meditation.
